SERVICES

STAT/Dedicated Direct
Our closest driver will be immediately dispatched to your pick up point and arrive within
15-30 minutes. Delivery will be completed in 2 hours or less.

Routine Scheduled and Routed
A driver dedicated to your routine and scheduled needs will make all stops and
deliver your samples to the lab or location that you specify.

PHARMACY DRIVERS

• At least 5 years of experience handling prescriptions and equipment.
• Must pass detailed background and criminal check.
• Full Uniform With ID Badge and Trained in customer protocols.
• Will only complete delivery to patient or previously accepted signor.
• Completely trained in collection, protection and privacy of signature documents.

TECHNOLOGY

GPS TRACKING
Drivers are tracked by GPS, which in combination with real time traffic and mapping applications allows us to follow the progress of your delivery minute by minute and reroute Drivers in advance of traffic trouble spots to assure timely deliveries. Click Here to See a GPS Example.

All pharmacy deliveries are monitored by a dedicated tracker.

PROOF of DELIVERY
Due to real time tracking, we know the moment that a delivery has been completed. This information is entered by the drivers into their handheld quick connect communications devices and transmitted into our Transportation Management Software System, or TMMS.

The TMMS then generates delivery notifications, which can automatically be sent by email to recipients that you designate when the delivery is ordered. These delivery notifications, or PODs, are generated when the sample is picked up, and again when delivery has been completed.

SAMPLE TRACKING
Samples can be tracked by prescription number entered into the TMMS upon pick up, or by Bar Code.

REPORTS
A variety of standard and custom reports can be generated from our TMMS. The most common is the On Time Delivery Report, which compares actual PickUp and Delivery Times to those promised, and calculates any deviations. These reports can be run by Prescription Number.
